Rental Terms

The renter/driver must be at least 25 years old to 65.

The driver’s license must be valid and issued not less than 12 months before.

The calculated price of rental is payable in advance.

Star Galaxie not reserve money as guarantee during the rental period.

Prices cover the following:

• 100% third partιes material damages.
• Theft and fire.
• 100% material damage, inficted on the vehicle rented from Star Galaxie.
• 0% self risk

•  Costs of tire repair damage caused by driving to an unouthorized area (off road)
•  Costs of replacing keys in case of loss.
•  Costs of damage caused by misuse of fuel.
•  Costs of car damage if the driver is drunk or drug addict.
• Damages caused by non-compliance with the rental conditions and by another driver not mentioned in the company’s contract
•  Damage,destroy or remove parts of the car by driver or passengers using with the not indicate way of the factory
• ANY DAMAGES DRIVING ON OFF ROAD OR PARKED IN OFF ROAD AREA

The driver pays for the fuell needed during the rental time.

Possible only with written permission of Star Galaxie

The renter is held liable for fines.

Prices are liable to change without previous notice.

The final price includes VAT and the local taxes.

Star Galaxie reserves the right to provide a different car model to that originally reserved of an equivalent or higher model type.

For any cancellations made 28 days before the due pick up date there is no cancellation fee and the deposit is been returned at total.

For cancellations made within 28 days from the due pick up date the deposit amount cannot be returned.
